Anna Nicole's Mom wants Grandson Exhumed

Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother Virgie Arthur wants to exhume her grandson in the Bahamas and bring his body to Texas to be buried alongside his mother. Smith's lawyer and companion Howard K. Stern and her mother are currently fighting for the former Playboy Playmate's remains in a Florida courtroom.
Smith's mother's lawyer argued cogently that Anna Nicole had her billionaire husband exhumed, but Lawyers for the opposition argued however that she only had him exhumed so she could marry him. Gives a little twist to the old tune "All my Ex's live in Texas."
