Patrick Swayze has jumped on the Wagonband speaking out in defense of Mel Gibson. The sound byte has been airing for a few days now and really doesn't make any sense whatsoever. What connnection Swayze has to Gibson he doesn't mention. I suppose they may have both starred opposite Kevin Bacon to some degree. Swayze's plea for forGibness amounted to denying the notion that Mel Gibson is racist, or anti-semitic, Swayze summed the fiasco up by adding that "people say stupid things when they have a few." He then painted his face blue and punched himself in the balls. Just kidding. Thanks Patrick, we'll take it from here, though - nice to hear from you. He's currently starring in London's West-End production of Guys and Dolls as one of the guys.
