It's Tuff to be Duff

Duff's boyfriend has been arrested on several occasions on suspicion of being a Russian Stocker. The whole thing certainly does Boris.

Maxim Miakovsk a career stocker from the Soviet Union has changed his plan to capture his soul-mate Hillary Duff, and intends to murder anyone who stands in his way, to plan B which is to just go ahead and murder her, since she doesn't seem to be responding to his overtures of love. Duff boyfriend, rocker Joel Madden will also be murdered in the stockers revamped plan. The William Morris agency has already signed Miachovski to a two picture deal. Just kidding Manhattan Beach police have arrested the Red Menace so for the time being. With Miakovski behind bars, Duff was thus able to attend the Kids Choice awards and return home unmurdered. She has contracted the services of Sunset Protective Services and Investigations, the company that provides protection to big-name celebs like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

Together with her boyfriend, Joel Madden, the starlet asked for a restraining order last month insisting that Miakovsky "has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies', has stated his intention of purchasing a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."

The young star claimed in the court papers that she was afraid for her life and that she and her boyfriend were being stalked by two men, one was supposedly a homeless and the other one a paparazzi.
