Jessica Alba gets "The Eye."

Following the completion of "The Eye," Jessica will begin filming on "The Nipple."

One of my favourite Japanese horror movies is the Pang brothers THE EYE, and the Hollywood remake looks like it's finally kicking into gear. The film is now housed over
at Lionsgate and Tom Cruise's company Cruise/ Wagner produce. The cast is already being eyed (sorry), and it looks like Jessica Alba may star as the lead. The film follows a cornea transplant recipient who after receiving treatment sees apparisions and strange happenings in the mirror, so she sets off to find out as to who the original donor was.
Variety reports that the film will start shooting this Winter, with French directors David Moreau and Xavier Palud at the helm.
