Black Film are reporting that 16 BLOCKS star Mos Def has signed to star in Michel
Gondry's BE KIND REWIND. Mos Def has enjoyed a string of successful flicks, including THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY. He will star opposite Jack Black, who plays Jerry, a junkyard worker with a magnetised brain. After erasing every single video tape in his local video store, Jerry sets about remaking them one by one. Shooting kicks off in New York City on September 6th.
