Pitt's Plan B Bag Rights to New Zombie Book

Brad Pitt's production company 'Plan B' have aquired the rights to WORLD WAR Z, an as yet unreleased book by Max Brooks, which according to The Hollywood Reporter is set 10 years after a great global zombie epidemic. Pitt's company bagged the rights after a bidding war between Plan B and Paramount and Leonardo Di Caprio's company Apian Way and Warner Brothers. Plan B and Paramount won the rights yesterday.The book itself is out in the fall.
