THE 2010 SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL

On Thursday Jan. 21st, I make the long trek to Park City for The Sundance Film Festival. This will be my sixteenth year attending and while it becomes harder and harder to acquire tickets with each passing year, its still well worth going. Why? For the opportunity to see great independent films of course. I managed to get some tickets in advance but for the most part, we'll be wait listing. Not that mind. In fact, mingling with people in line is often more entertaining then the films themselves. There are several films on my wish list. Titles like Blue Valentine, Cyrus, Frozen, Buried, 7 Days, etc. Whether or not I get into everything I want to see remains to be seen. One things for sure though. I'm going to try like hell to see as many films as I possibly can. Check out the Sundance web site for updates, a list of films, and ticket prices.
