Mary-Louise Parker was offended by film critics who assumed she would play Brad Pitt's mother in an forthcoming movie - as she is a year younger than her male co-star.
The 42-year-old Weeds star reveals she was stunned when reporters assumed she would take on the role of an older woman in The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford - and was pleased to inform them she plays his weed dealer.
She says, "Brad is a year older than me!"
She was further exasperated when a smart aleck critic asked it that was in dog years?
