Thank you God! I am finally reviewing something worth my time. Anyone who enjoys shock value or concert theatrics should thank Alice Cooper, Alice introduced the world to his nightmare decades ago and the music world has never been the same since. Many artist ranging from Ozzy, Kiss, to Marilyn Manson have openly bowed to Alice Cooper's undeniable influence.

Last year Alice introduced us to an even darker chapter in his music with the appropriately titled Brutal Planet, which featured flawless production by Bob Marlette (Black Sabbath, Iommi) and Bob Ezrin the man who helped kick start Alice Cooper's career. Dragontown takes the visceral nightmare of Brutal Planet and gives it a hard rock edge, and I think there's something for every type of Alice fan on this disc. You may not hear any of these scorching tracks on the radio, but Dragontown should be breathing some fire into your collection.
