Look who's back--Mr. Marshall Mathers a.k.a. Slim Shady, a.k.a. everyone's favorite flavor. Eminem, strikes again with the Eminem Show, an album with catchy beats, blazing hooks, and the blistering lyrics we've grown accustomed to from Detroit's finest. Produced by Dr. Dre, Eminem's new album is surprisingly toned down a notch. The album is like a visit to the psychiatrist's office where Eminem expands upon his tumultuous relationship with his mother, with his former wife, with everyone except his daughter Hailie, to who Eminem ditches his biting rapping talents for actual singing (if you can call it that).

The Eminem show is very accessible, despite what you might expect from the angry-white-rapper. Unfortunately for all the critics, a close listen to Eminem's new disc displays an insightful, intelligent young man, who puts himself, all of himself, out there for the listening public. Like it or not, the Eminem show is playing, and you may not want to watch, but the witty lyricist will be heard. You can catch him on the Anger Management tour next month in Las Vegas.
