This band has helped me to redefine my standards when it comes to live performance; they are one of the only bands that sound even more incredible in person than on CD. This singles collection, I'm happy to say, does contain a few live tracks, and some of the best the Lizard ever produced. These collections are great because they make it so you don't have to search all over e-bay for a seven-inch here, or an out of print single there. This release showcases the gamut of the rowdy, musically tight, noise rock that typifies The Jesus Lizard sound. No band can compare, these men stand alone; don't look for a similar sound because there isn't one. I had hoped this record would have been an entirely new release, but this will easily do for now.
