I've been reading alot about these guys for the past several months, and everything I read piqued my interest a little more. Hailing from Sweden this sextet offers up the most compelling album of the year. The band has a dual personality--about half of the songs have a definite late sixties British vibe, Think The Who, Stones cum The Dandy Warhols--and the other songs are pensive melodic gems that bring to mind everyone from the Beatles to Travis and Coldplay.

These six Swedish gents share the writing duties equally and their command of the English language is impressive (there are no lyrical weaknesses that you might expect from a Scandinavian outfit). It's also not an album you're going to find on shelves here locally--so you're going to cast in your line to land these Swedish fish.
