This is the third posthumous release of new material by Tupac. At the pace these releases are coming out, Tupac will have more posthumous releases than Jimi Hendrix. This release is more politically oriented than most gangsta rap tends to be. Tupac doesn't hold back the anti-government and anti-Clinton sentiment. The political agenda is comprehensive on the track "Letter to me President." Tupac is definitely the star of this album, but he hands the mic off more than I would like too hear. The Outlawz are talented musicians, but 'pac keeps this boat afloat. Without his lyrical genius and talented rhymes, this album would hardly be worth mentioning. The beats are hard and the rhymes are entertaining, but this record hardly does this hero justice.
