The Turbo A.C.s are another rockabilly-punk influenced band much in the style of Reverend Horton Heat, the Supersuckers, Dropkick Murphys, Custom Made Scare, the Blackouts, etc., with an occasional surf-rock influence in there as well. Their tunes have catchy choruses with killer Dick Dale-style guitar riffs, and they're all fun as hell to rock out to. Most of the songs were the typcial, fast-punk rockabilly rockers, but they never had a dull moment. "Hypnotized" was one of the main fast-rocking highlights with a catchy singalong chorus. My personal favorties were the slower, guitar-heavy ditties like "Enter the Dragon," "That's It," and "Fuel for Life," which all showed their knack for stand-alone surf-rockish guitar work. Although the album isn't totally original, different, or able to really standout, its fun songs are guaranteed to put you in a good mood with every listen.
